Carpets created on the basis of sketches of such artists as M. Niyazov, R. Rakhimov, K. Zarshikova, Z. Kazachinskaya, Z. Niyazmatov are kept in the museum. The following items in collection of the museum are worth of notice. Carpets, which were made by Sh. Sharipova and S. Sultanova from the district of Khonkiy, samples of "baskura", "esikkosa", covers for armchair, bags which were manufactured at Nukus carpet factory, carpets that were purchased in Gallyaral district, long staple carpets "djulkhirs" that were manufactured in Nurat, Djizak, Zamin, Kamashi, multicoloured carpets that were manufactured at "Khudjum" factory (Shakhrisabz), carpets "arabi" that were manufactured at "Uchkun" factory (Karshi), carpets "Khidirsha" that were manufacturer on the basis of Kirgiz sketches at the factory of artistic goods "Mekhnat Guli" in Andijan. Also several Turkmen carpets of the second half of XIX century, and several carpets from Dagestan are kept in the museum.
